Most of my career has involved stepping into complex situations, finding the friction, and challenging the status quo to achieve better results.

I’m a systems thinker. I look at how people, processes, technology, ownership, and decisions affect one another, then find the point where a focused change can make the work easier.

I've done this in very different places.

At Meta, I worked across global teams, processes, tools, data, and a complex meetings and events ecosystem.

At Deloitte, I spent more than 20 years improving work across learning, talent, marketing, events, operations, and technology.

Today, I bring that experience to leaders and organizations that need help with a hard problem.

Efficiency is my default setting.

I notice the extra step, the missed connection, and the repeat feedback pointing to a gap in the process. Left alone, those gaps cost leads, time, money, and sanity.
